Administering Physician: Dr. Nikolai Gribov
Patient admitted for using violent magic on another student. It is unknown how the subject came to learn these abilities and initial questioning has yielded little results. I suspect that he doesn’t even fully grasp the extent of his own abilities which grants us a unique opportunity to make advancements in the <Redacted> program. I’ll continue you to evaluate the patient over the course of the next week before I recommend him to Dr. Zykov.

Administering Physician: Dr. Oleg Zykov
Patient referred for trial test of <Redacted>. Early psychological screening has shown promise that he is an ideal candidate for the treatment. Discussed the possibility of administering <Redacted> to the patient within the next couple of days with Dr. Gribov who believes it is unwise to push the patient too soon. I’ll continue psych-analysis for the next couple of days to determine if the patient is ready for testing.

Administering Physician: Dr. Oleg Zykov
First round of testing on the patient has begun. We administered <Redacted> of <Redacted> at 9:00am. Initial reaction was subdued and barely noticeable arounds the edges of the pupil. His reaction times improved drastically jumping from <Redacted> to <Redacted> in a matter of seconds after the <Redacted>. Subject appeared to be aloof and happy with no discernible signs of distress during the course of the effect. The reaction lasted for only a few minutes before dissipating leaving the subject with excruciating headaches and disorientation. If we could find a way to <Redacted> the subject could have the effects permanently without the drastic withdrawal symptoms.

Administering Physician: Dr. Oleg Zykov
After the third round of testing I fear that we will be unable to <Redacted> before the subject suffers from catastrophic psychological break down resulting in a permanent alteration of his psyche. I will raise my concerns to Dr. Mamonov at lunch tomorrow as I cannot <Redacted> stand for this.

Administering Physician: Dr. Yuri Poltorak
Dr. Oleg’s unfortunate accident has left the project with me. The patient is responsive and in good spirits, although he did take the passing of Dr. Zykov rather personally. It seems they had bonded and viewed him as a friend, which explains Dr. Zykov’s resistance to do what is necessary to complete the <Redacted>. The <Redacted> is a long painful process and sacrifices must be made in order to move the tech forward. Starting tomorrow I’m <Redacted> the dose, I will not fail.

Test 78
Increased dosage to <Redacted> in <Redacted> stages.
Visible etching of the Sclera leaving permanent luminescent scar tissue. Patient exhibited extreme euphoria during the process. His reaction and mental dexterity increased <Redacted>. The effect only lasted for only 33 minutes before it dissipated leaving the patient in agony for hours. The patient’s mental state has decayed drastically since the initial trials leaving him in an almost manic state. He has intense emotional breakdowns regularly and must be bound at all times while the procedure is taking place to ensure the safety of my team.

Test 134
Dr. Mamonov has taken a very personal interest in this project leaving me to worry about the direction my career is heading <Redacted>. If this is to be my last test I will make it count. I’ve upped the dosage to a <Redacted> Stage <Redacted> of <Redacted>. I do not expect the patient to survive the procedure and even if he does there is no way to know if it will work but it’s the last shot I have.

Administering Physician: Dr. Yana Mamonov
Last night’s incident has scarred this sacred institution. Dr. Poltorak went too far in his quest for personal glory administering an unapproved volume of <Redacted> causing the patient to go on a rampage destroying the entire facility. The patient escaped the facility and was seen fleeing north into the woods on security footage. We have dispatched search teams into the woods in an attempt to locate and return him to the facility.

We have been unable to locate the patient thus far and fear that we will never find him. He is presumed dead and until we find a new suitable candidate the <Redacted> program will need to be postponed indefinitely.
